RACE MISSION
Our mission is to invite people from all over the world to come experience the spectacular nature and culture of the Ebino Kougen and Kirishima Geopark regions by connecting the more than 60km of trails, footpaths and forest roads within Kirishima National Park
RACE OBJECTIVES
- 1.To introduce a new way to enjoy the Kirishima Ebino-Kougen area.
- To introduce the outdoor sport of “trail running” as a new way to enjoy and experience the beautiful Kirishima Ebino-Kougen area.
- 2.To expand the outdoor sports community in the Kirishima Ebino-Kougen area.
- To contribute to the development of this region by expanding the outdoor sports community and new businesses involved in outdoor activities such as trail running and hiking in the Kirishima Geopark region.
- 3.To contribute to the development of the sport of trail running.
- To contribute to the development of trail running in Kyushu by organizing a trail running race in the central and conveniently located Kirishima region in southern Kyushu.
